To purchase items from HotStuffNutritionals.com:

Visit the store and order the items you want. Click on "Add to Cart" for each item you wish to purchase. If you would like purchase additional items from the store, click on "Continue Shopping." This will take you back to the store page. When you are done shopping in the store, click on "Checkout."

At this point, you may click on Shopping Cart. Once in there you can view the items you have selected to purchase and make changes. You should notice that new items are added alongside the previous items you placed in your shopping cart.

When are ready to complete your transaction, simply click on the "Checkout" button and enter your order information.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply email us. In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Foods, Supplements, etc. will be listed in a way similar to the following examples:

Authorizing Your Credit Card

When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
